Slow mornings,
deserve honest coffee.

Amber & Oak roasts in small batches, pulls every shot to order, and keeps a warm corner of the city for people who like their coffee unhurried.

Our Story

A cafe built around the pour, not the rush

Amber & Oak started as a single roaster in a rented garage and grew into a neighbourhood cafe without ever losing the habit of tasting every batch before it reaches a cup. We source directly from small farms, roast in-house every week, and train every barista to treat the pour like it matters — because it does.

Whether you're in for a quick espresso or settling in with a book, our doors stay open for the same reason they always have: good coffee is better shared slowly.
